Eufy, Anker Innovations‘ robotic appliance and home security brand, has officially announced their brand new Vision Full-Self Driving automatic lawn mowers, the eufy Robot Lawn Mower E15 and E18. Available to order today, the eufy Robot Lawn Mowers utilize cameras to avoid obstacles, identify lawn edges and obstacles, and create paths. You can order yours today at eufy.com and Amazon.
Starting at $1,599, the eufy Robot Lawn Mower E15 and E18 utilize a camera array to spot and avoid obstacles, identify lawn edges, and create paths. No boundary wires or antenna installations are necessary, ensuring a super-simple setup process.
You simply unbox the unit, connect to WiFi, place it in the grass, and watch your Robot Lawn Mower automatically map the yard. You can even manage multiple grass-cutting areas, including front, back, and side yards.
The new eufy Robot Lawn Mower E15 and E18 can achieve uniform cutting lines with intelligent parallel mowing. The smart coverage detection system ensures all areas are cut, eliminating the need for manual edge trimming. The Lawn Mowers include an anti-theft system, feature GPS and 4G transmission, as well as a remote visual camera for added peace of mind.
The eufy Auto Robot Lawn Mowers come in two models, the E15 and the E18. Both feature the same design and features; the main difference is the coverage area.
The E15 can handle an area of 800 square meters (about 8,600 sq ft), while the E18 can handle 1200 square meters (about 12,900 sq ft). Both models can tackle a maximum slope of 40% or 18 degrees.
Eufy was kind enough to send me a review sample of the eufy Robot Lawn Mower E15, as I have a lot of experience with automatic lawn mowing robots, thanks to the Husqvarna Automower I’ve had working on my lawn for about 5 years.
So far, the biggest difference to me is the lack of a boundary wire and ease of setup. The Husqvarna Automower required professional installation of a buried boundary wire, which had proved a pain in the butt to maintain after being cut often by animals, falling branches, or my string trimmer. This required a full replacement of the boundary wire with a more high-quality, durable wire that has had very few issues since.
Not requiring a boundary wire is HUGE, and it is something I really look forward to testing once the grass-growing season is here in full force. The auto-mapping is a very nice feature, and I can’t wait to see how the smart coverage detection system works to ensure no missed spots.
The eufy Robot Lawn Mower E15 came with a housing at the charger, which is a nice touch if there’s rain, and the GPS + 4G connectivity is super convenient. The eufy app has always been top tier, and that doesn’t change with the addition of the mowing capabilities. You can track your saved maps, add no-mow zones, and even view the live camera of your mower.
Honestly, I’m really impressed in my first few weeks with the eufy Robot Lawn Mower E15 and E18. While the real test is in front of me, I’m really interested to see how it performs!

This could be you, actually enjoying your summer without one of the usual chores.
